I didn't stay within points today, but I think I did stop eating after 8 pm and I AM going to bed before midnight! So 2 out of 3 ain't bad!!!!
AND THEN...
I had an emotional breakdown and it involved at very passionate love affair with oreos and milk.
Damn.
Tomorrow?
What goal shall I set for myself?
1: STAY WIHIN POINTS!!!!! (It's a weight watchers thing)
2: Go to bed before midnight, and stop eatng after 8pm.
CHECK ME! MAKE ME STICK TO IT!!!
Tomorrow I know you'll get that workout in before you head out on the road!
Tomorrow I hope, scratch that, plan to get at least a thirty minute workout in before embarking on our 13 hour road trip.

But then I picked up my nephew from the airport and ended up eating fast food. Dang teenagers.
We are headed to the grocery store now to remedy that problem!
