Today was better than yesterday, but not quite what I hoped for. How about you? How was your day?

I didn't stay within points today, but I think I did stop eating after 8 pm and I AM going to bed before midnight! So 2 out of 3 ain't bad!!!!

Well today was great!

AND THEN...

I had an emotional breakdown and it involved at very passionate love affair with oreos and milk.

Damn.

Tomorrow?

What goal shall I set for myself?

1: STAY WIHIN POINTS!!!!! (It's a weight watchers thing)
2: Go to bed before midnight, and stop eatng after 8pm.

CHECK ME! MAKE ME STICK TO IT!!!

Tomorrow I know you'll get that workout in before you head out on the road!

Ugh! Day two wasn't quite what I had hoped for. I ate pretty well, but didn't get a formal workout in, although I was somewhat active with the chores I did today.

Tomorrow I hope, scratch that, plan to get at least a thirty minute workout in before embarking on our 13 hour road trip.

Still can't see your pic??? Oh well. Good job on the workout! I got mine in too, but like you I didn't eat quite as well as I was hoping.

Not a bad start. I went to the gym and mangaged to do a solid 30 minutes of cardio - that's a big step for me.

But then I picked up my nephew from the airport and ended up eating fast food. Dang teenagers.

We are headed to the grocery store now to remedy that problem!

BTW, check out the forums. There's a thread called "Knockout by New Years" that I joined in on and also read the one about motivational wristbands. I think I'm gonna do that too!
